The mission of the Florida Federation of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is to promote and encourage the practice of the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the State of Florida, certifying and endorsing qualified schools and instructors. The FFBJJ is affiliated with the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation, which is the sport’s highest body and involves all the local federations around the globe. The Federation is also actively involved in promoting and managing high quality tournaments that are crucial for the technical evolution of the sport and its popularization. We are committed to promoting the best BJJ tournaments in the Southeast and to following all the IBJJF standards, including rules and divisions.
